We work closely with Fresh HR Insights to collaborate on workplace investigations and love working with the amazing team at Element Business and Accounting Solutions led by Leschen Smaller and Theresa Allery for all our finance and tax requirements. Who are your customers? 

Our clients are diverse in industry but all share the commonalities of being purpose-led, innovative organisations that truly believe in investing in their people. They are generally progressive organisations with between 20-100 employees who are growing and scaling and need the Recruitment and HR Expertise we offer from all levels, from Strategic planning through to HR Admin.

Many of these Founders and Leaders have been juggling several roles and have been ‘gifted’ the HR hat along the way. We often hear the phrase ‘if only we didn’t have staff’! We partner with these entrepreneurs to take that people stress away by helping them systemise the process and humanise the experience.
