Supporting Women Owned Business: Renee Henville, Integrated HR

Femeconomy’s Supporting Women Owned Business mini-blog series is intended to amplify how women led and women owned businesses are supporting each other, and to encourage more businesses to include women led and women owned businesses in their purchasing decisions.

Integrated HR is an outsourced human resources firm that supports business owners and senior management teams to build an engaged and productive workforce to achieve the strategic goals of the business.

We provide peace of mind to business owners around fair work and work health and safety compliance whilst building a positive culture.

Which women owned and women led businesses do you buy from?

Who are your customers?

Our clients operate in a variety of industries such as professional services (accountants, finance and stockbroking, legal, IT etc) hospitality, defence, health, retail, strata management, education etc.

Our clients could be wanting to employ their very first employee and are wishing to do it correctly (ensuring correct employment foundations) through to companies with 100 – 200 employees where we are their complete HR and payroll team providing all areas of support within the employee lifecycle on a daily basis.

However, the majority of our clients have approximately 15 – 30 employees and are seeking trusted support and advice as and when needed – someone who they can call upon to balance compliance with company culture to achieve the strategic direction of the business.

You are the female economy. Whether you are a female consumer, business owner or a woman in the workforce, you can create gender equality by choosing female led brands.
