PERFORMANCE MINDSET

How do you help organisations and individuals?

I help clients:

  • Boost individual, team and organisational performance
  • Attract and retain clients
  • Develop and retain their female staff, promote gender balance and build inclusive workplaces

Everything I do focuses on three key areas: Psychology, People and Peak Performance, and clients engage me in different ways, depending on their needs. Typically, that includes my High-Performance Programs for leaders and managers; my Career Acceleration Program for women; inspirational events for staff or clients, and my high-performance coaching packages. All my work is tailored to my client’s objectives.

AN INTERNATIONAL CAREER

How did you grow a global client base?

When I first moved to the UK in 2006, I worked for a consulting firm in London and gained a huge amount of experience in keynote speaking and coaching with companies like Ernst & Young, HSBC and Bank of America. 18 months later, I took a huge leap of faith and decided to launch my own business as I wanted to develop my own IP, expand my work helping companies with gender balance, and to reach more women through my open courses.

I have always believed in building long-term relationships, and I would say strong relationships and client introductions are key factors in growing a global client base. To succeed in my industry, it helps to have a proven track record, but being able to offer a truly international perspective has become a key differentiator.

ACCELERATING WOMEN’S CAREERS

Tell us about your Psychology of Successful Women – Career Acceleration Program

The Psychology of Successful Women – Career Acceleration Program is my signature program for women in business. It is a highly practical, results-focused program, specifically designed to equip women with the skills, strategies and mindsets needed to accelerate their careers, maximise success and thrive in the world of business. I deliver this program in two ways:

  1. To cohorts of women within companies as part of their diversity and inclusion strategies and women in leadership initiatives
  2. As an open program which enables women to attend the live, virtual masterclasses and coaching session from anywhere in the world and expand their professional network.
