Kate Osborne Owner Leisure Seekers travelled to over 50 countries meeting with both women and men to question them on a quest to achieve success in her lifetime. As a Flight Centre share owner she understood business for success and mentored over 75 teams in five years to follow the systems of success. Poached by the world’s #1 Business Coaching Franchise, Kate was one of 3 women in over 620 Franchisees across the world and trebled the numbers of women year on year in her business.
She is now striving to create a legacy where Queensland women can become interdependent on each other and fast track success, by celebrating each other’s uniqueness and potential. Kate believes that success is defined individually, and coaches women leaders with non-judgement and compassion to provide the tools to authentically balance health, wealth and family.
Kate is President of her primary school P&F, a mentor with the Department of Small Business and Tourism and volunteers with Crossroads, a NDIS funded charity providing programs for the disabled.

I am most proud of my daughter Mikayla. At age 13 she has the confidence to combat bullying in her own unique style. She celebrates life out loud and on her terms. She is deeply generous and caring to her family, cousins and brothers, investing countless hours helping to raise young gentlemen who both love and respect her. A future for Queensland that excites me.

ADVICE FOR QUEENSLAND WOMEN
Ensure you find your life symphony. Each of us has music inside us that is unique and essential. Invest time to sit quietly each day and listen to the composition of your life. Set an intentional melody that takes you on a journey and find key people to create a beautiful harmony so that you can blend your roles and enjoy the performance.
