Femeconomy’s Promotions Terms and Conditions
- Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Promotions are run via Femeconomy’s social media channels.
- The total value of prizes over a 12 month period will not exceed $5000.
- Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18. Entry is not open to Femeconomy staff.
- Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they enter the competition via a web form.
- All entrants will be allocated a number on an excel spreadsheet. The numbers will be inputted into random result and it will pick the random winner/s.
- The winners will be notified via email within two business days of the draw date. For sponsored prizes, winners will be asked to provide their contact details so the company sponsoring the prize can provide their prize to the winner directly in all states and territories except New South Wales.
- Femeconomy will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted within a fortnight of the prize draw.
- Femeconomy reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
- The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Femeconomy, unless a winner otherwise notifies Femeconomy at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to Femeconomy using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
- Femeconomy reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Femeconomy’s website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
